PM was nice, and in the end more-or-less made everything right, but nothing but constant friction to get there. I had to spend a ton of my own time doing the daily project management and all of the quality control. Slow communication throughout. Very hard to do business with. Was recommended by a friend who spent 6-figures with them so overall a bummer things were so difficult. This is the 2nd job I’ve done with Sunstate and have been really impressed both times. Matt was always available before we started the job, onsite often during the job process & responded quickly once the job was completed. The whole crew that worked during the 2 weeks were great.
My husband and I are very happy with the pavement worked on our home. We just moved to ST George and fear of not knowing who we should hired for the landscape work on our new home. As required, our association, The Village Green HOA, requested bids for our yearly 'Tree Maintenance.' This year (2023) we had decided to have much more done than previous years, because our trees were getting older, larger and more affected by the climate changes we have been experiencing here in southern Nevada.
