The Sunstate crew came out to do tree trimming on our property and did a fantastic job. We have numerous trees and palms in our yard that needed pruning. The crew did professional level work and cleaned up the site when they were done. They really went above and beyond. Thank you David Perez for the great service and consultation.

As required, our association, The Village Green HOA, requested bids for our yearly 'Tree Maintenance.' This year (2023) we had decided to have much more done than previous years, because our trees were getting older, larger and more affected by the climate changes we have been experiencing here in southern Nevada. Excellent in every way; from my first call until the last piece of debris was picked up. David Perez was knowledgeable, personable and reliable.The work crew of 4 men were skilled and worked well together to get the 2 palm trees taken down safely with no damage to property. The trees were not an easy take down because they leaned over the neighbors yard. Clean up was thorough and followed my instructions. I will have them back when further need arises.WJM

I strongly encourage anyone to think twice before hiring this company and wish our HOA would reconsider using them at all. Since I moved into my home a year ago, the only issues I've had have been because of Sunstate and their employees. Today, their employees allowed extra large branches to free fall onto my roof with disregard to possible damage to the structure.
