PM was nice, and in the end more-or-less made everything right, but nothing but constant friction to get there. I had to spend a ton of my own time doing the daily project management and all of the quality control. Slow communication throughout. Very hard to do business with. Was recommended by a friend who spent 6-figures with them so overall a bummer things were so difficult. This is the 2nd job I’ve done with Sunstate and have been really impressed both times. Matt was always available before we started the job, onsite often during the job process & responded quickly once the job was completed. The whole crew that worked during the 2 weeks were great.
My husband and I are very happy with the pavement worked on our home. We just moved to ST George and fear of not knowing who we should hired for the landscape work on our new home. They need to learn how to clean there trucks so that rocks arent flying out Damaging other vehicles
The Sunstate crew came out to do tree trimming on our property and did a fantastic job. We have numerous trees and palms in our yard that needed pruning. The crew did professional level work and cleaned up the site when they were done. They really went above and beyond. Thank you David Perez for the great service and consultation.
