A dear friend worked with Adam at Suntra for over a month as a step down after an inpatient addiction recovery program. She was debating whether or not to do a group stepdown program or a one on one program. She ultimately chose the one on one coaching with Adam because she knew she needed that special attention and discussion around her particular addiction, her particular struggles. Adam is real. Adam would call her out when she was not being completely honest with herself; complete honesty obviously is an important component of success in early recovery. Adam challenged her thought processes which had not been serving her for a long time and helped her to not only understand her addiction but to use that understanding to keep her in recovery in ways that worked for her and her personality. And therein lies the beauty of his program. Adam takes the time to really understand your story so that he can tailor your recovery program to you, giving you the highest chance of success for long term recovery. Adam encourages you and creates a safe place to be completely honest about where you are and what you need so that you make real progress with realistic expectations. I am so grateful for Adam for the work he does. Because of him, my friend seems truly in the best place I have seen her in a long time. She became more patient and less judgmental of herself and started to be able to talk about her struggles in a healthy way so that I could be there for her in a new way. I would encourage anyone who is looking for help for themselves or a loved one to contact Adam immediately. It is one of those calls that changes your life.
