I have had a storage unit at 2 of the Super Storage locations.. unfortunately, at one point, I almost lost everything... but NEVER were the ever rude to me, they always communicated as thoroughly as often as possible. The units were ALWAYS clean, very comparable in price to the million other storage places that are in the area..I never had issues with gate codes not working, not being able to reach someone, etc.. should I ever have to, I will always go back to 24th st or 28th Super Storage-- no questions.. 10/10 Just pay... read more

I rented an outside car stall. The storage facility is always clean, has security cameras and the units are checked throughout the day to make sure all of the locks are secure, etc. I had no problems at all while I rented the space, the attendant was very courteous and I would recommend the units for anyone wanting a secure space to store property.

We just got keys to our unit, and have been pleased so far. Amanda was so great to work with! She made the process so easy, and was so kind!

The storage units here are very clean and secure they have two convenient locations with plenty of storages . I will deathly recommend this storage facility for anyone that is needing a storage rather it is short term or long term.

BUYER BEWARE - WATCH FOR FALSE PROMISES- GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING. I WAS CHARGED NEARLY $400 FOR JUST OVER ONE MONTH IN A VERY SMALL UNIT - THE OWNER HIDES BEHIND HIS EMPLOYEEES AND EVEN AT THE THE RISK OF LAW SUIT, OWNER JOHN MCGRATH WILL REFUSE TO SPEAK TO YOU- I HAVE SOUGHT OUT THE ATTORNEY GENERAL AND THE BBB, AS WELL AS FILING A CLAIM AT THE BBB
