Quick and easy. Amanda was great.
A friend had moved and I returned the truck for her. The kid that was working here was very arogant, rude and downright mean. The gas tank was a gallon short (barely a sliver og difference) and the kid that was working here got angry because it wasn't "exact". He said that he was going to charge her a "hefty" fine and stormed away as I tried to talk to him. We used a blanket to sweep the truck out and it wasn't folded need enough for him and he threatened another "hefty fine" (for not a perfect job folding the "one" blanket)... read more
Local Lockit Self Storage is such a treasure. The Manager was kind, courteous, helpful, and informative. The facility was extremely clean and well maintained. Conveniently located just blocks from the beach. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.
You can't go wrong storing your stuff here .feels safe and it's clean. The Maneger is on the ball over any concerns you might have .
Consider weather because units do get wet, I had stuff by door and it got soaked, and dont plan on being 1 minute late that gate closes at 5 pm on the dot, oh and your deposit and money he will mail it out to you so have a good mailing address.
