Supercare took a while to process my CPAP machine. Took three weeks to wait and when it arrived they gave me a very old brand of CPAP machine as big as a luggage . For sure , it is hard to travel with it. My MD reordered a much later brand which is a little realistic to travel with. It took again 2-3 weeks to arrive. When it arrived, the CPAP machine is not clean at all.It came fresh from another patient. The filter is still there,stiff and brown color. Update: now, we're waiting for the 7th week. Since last update, I got a text saying the order has been cancelled. When called back, they said, it wasn't cancelled and I got a text saying it's being processed. It's been over a week since they called to get additional payment information. still in "Order being processed: ---- Update: now, we're waiting for the 4th week. super useless health care I cant believe I stayed with them for several years. Where do I start? 1. Difficult to exchange cpap supplies 2. Difficult talking to anyone, long wait times 3. Portal is useless, theres no action a patient can do besides pay their bill! 4. Difficult to pause or cancel resupplies 5. Overall difficult and unhelpful service.
Very bad customer service. Waiting tonreceuvevtge supply’s tge dictorvirdered gorbmy mom but this company Super Care keep delaying. I request several times to speak to a suoervisor but no one cared to respinse.
Except for the generous and kind manager at their Carson office, this company isn't super at all. One day a week O2 delivery means I must go get my spouse's tanks exchanged my self should he run out before the next delivery and driving 18 miles round trip to an industrial area where the business sits behind a large fence with no sign or other way to know if they are actually located at that address.
