Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen . I have been trying to get a new oxygen concentrator for my wife(stage 4 lung cancer) for 8 days now. They keep you on hold for an hour, then transfer you to "troubleshooting dept" who has you on hold for another hour, only to be "accidentally disconnected" after that. Quality medical equipment delivered promptly. Supervisor Valerie was very helpful when I had questions and the delivery driver was professional & courteous. I appreciate Supercare assembled one item for me.
This business they call themselves, Super Care Health (SUPER DON'T CARE), should not be in business! Never answer calls, or respond to messages. Corporate should review their negative reviews and do something about it! Surprised that they are in business, and have not yet closed. Going to ask our medical health providers to not refer here. HORRIBLE, and does not deserve a star. Only had to give a star if I wanted to post this! This is the SAN DIEGO location! Don't!!!
The only reason this company got a 1 star is because it will not allow a zero. This company is the worse in getting supplies. Contact several times and always a different reason for why supplies are never received. The most unprofessional operators with a lack of knowledge how to resolve issues. Supercare health was inefficient and inept when dealing with supplies for CPAP. Their outdated system continued to state that we were not covered, even when our insurance company showed clearly that coverage was active with no lapses. They continued on the never ending loop and were ineffective with communication. Zero customers recommend this sham business for their respiratory healthcare needs.
