I just want to remark that Jessie brought me my portable oxygen concentrator when the one that I was using didn’t work correctly. He was very patient and polite. He took time to explain how the new one works, what each piece was for, and told me not to hesitate to call if I had questions. This was my second visit from Jessie and he was just as exemplary as he was the first time. That’s a treat for a senior that doesn’t grasp everything the first time around. Give him a raise!
Jonathan and Jesse were both amazing! They went over the set up of our in home and on the go oxygen machine for our baby. Answered all questions we had and were extremely nice, helpful and friendly. Great service for this team!
After referral was sent they were quick to get authorization for my CPAP. Scheduled directly after receiving authorization. Upon delivery healthcare person was very informative and had answers to all of my questions, Jen was outstanding in getting me set up to use my CPAP properly.
I was having an issue with my oxygen concentrator the past few days. I contacted SuperCare and Jonathon called me and set up a time for him to come over and check on my equipment. We have had Jonathon come to our home and help us a few times in the past. He is always so friendly and knowledgeable! I truly appreciate the phone call from Jessie ahead of his arrival. From there on everything went like clockwork. Communicating was easy, instructions were thorough and comprehensive.
