Jonathan and Jesse were both amazing! They went over the set up of our in home and on the go oxygen machine for our baby. Answered all questions we had and were extremely nice, helpful and friendly. Great service for this team!
I would like to thank Jonathan and Super Care for helping me figure out why the condenser I am using was not working properly. Jonathan was so thorough in explaining the problem and advising me of the proper care of the equipment. He also provided me with a card of important phone numbers I might need in the future. Jesse and Jonathon delivered my oxygen equipment. They were very knowledgeable and professional, while also showing care for me as a person. They explained the equipment and how to use it, as well as how long the various tanks will last. I would definitely recommend this company, because of these guys. Thank you gentlemen!!
I would like to take this time to thank Jonathan for the great job he did on the delivery of the oxygen machine and the equipment. He is very carring and professional about how to run the oxygen machine and how to mantain the hoses. He made my dad fell much better when he was finished.
