I just want to remark that Jessie brought me my portable oxygen concentrator when the one that I was using didn’t work correctly. He was very patient and polite. He took time to explain how the new one works, what each piece was for, and told me not to hesitate to call if I had questions. This was my second visit from Jessie and he was just as exemplary as he was the first time. That’s a treat for a senior that doesn’t grasp everything the first time around. Give him a raise!
I truly appreciate the phone call from Jessie ahead of his arrival. From there on everything went like clockwork. Communicating was easy, instructions were thorough and comprehensive. When I first was introduced to in home oxygen therapy, it was Jonathan who came out with the equipment. He was respectful, patient, great at explaining and great at making all of us (my family was there) feel very comfortable with the equipment, the company, and with him. Jonathan and Jesse have been awesome! Jonathan went out of his way to stay after his scheduled work time to make sure someone would come & set up the oxgyen fo my grandbably. Soon after,Jesse arrived pretty quick & was great explaining how the machine works and showed us an easy way to connect & disconnct and how to interchange between portable & home tanks. I was having an issue with my oxygen concentrator the past few days. I contacted SuperCare and Jonathon called me and set up a time for him to come over and check on my equipment. We have had Jonathon come to our home and help us a few times in the past. He is always so friendly and knowledgeable! Once again, Jonathon helped us troubleshoot our issue with the concentrator and he even went the extra mile to check the oxygen levels and pressure.
