Jonathan and Jesse were both amazing! They went over the set up of our in home and on the go oxygen machine for our baby. Answered all questions we had and were extremely nice, helpful and friendly. Great service for this team!
Jesse and Jonathan both do a fantastic job! I’m fairly new to using oxygen but they’ve made the transition process really smooth and answered all my questions with the upmost professionalism and kindness. One day, I called them on a non-service day to get a replacement for a broken piece and not only did they replace it, but they did it the same day! Being on oxygen isn’t easy, but they both make the process a lot more pleasant!
I would like to thank Jonathan and Super Care for helping me figure out why the condenser I am using was not working properly. Jonathan was so thorough in explaining the problem and advising me of the proper care of the equipment. He also provided me with a card of important phone numbers I might need in the future. He was cheerful and kind which made the whole process very comfortable. Thank you Jonathan!

We just got done working with Jesse. He made sure to communicate when he would be arriving for the initial set up for oxygen at the hospital, as well as our home. He made sure his instructions were understood. It made discharge a lot easier
