Was Just Disconnected AGAIN. I have tried to call SuperCare several times. I keep getting transferred and then disconnected. WORST customer service call center. It is unfortunate that I cannot call my local store directly. Now I see why they are rated F from Better Business Bureau. I will be filing a complaint with them.
Well I agree with most of these reviews. I have called and left on hold and disconnected so many times. BUT today I called and was on hold maybe 15 mins snd a gentleman named Daniel came on. What a wonderful guy. He took my supplies reorder and helped me with a terrible problem I have had with my cpap. This problem should have been addressed by the sleep Dr. I see who never looks at my machine that I must bring to all appointments. Thank you Daniel so much. You are the ONLY saving grace of the company!
Update: Within an hour of this post I received a call about the issue explained in my review. I do feel that this will be addressed and I do feel that maybe there is accountability within the company? I dont expect the world, but I do expect humanity. Or at the very minimum enough common sense not to try to push a reschedule for the very next day during a life event like this. Terrible customer service. All customer service is off shore. The accents are so thick it's difficult to understand. I have to call two or three times a month to get all the supplies i need. I had a power failure and ran out of oxygen. Supercare said I was out of luck. This was a Friday night, i didnt het Oxygen bottles until Tuesday. Today i received another oxygen supply that was short of what i requested.
Not good! I received a call so they could finish processing my cpap. I was put on hold and then disconnected… I called back literally four times and was disconnected again and again… Finally, I spoke to a person and he said somebody would call me back and it’s been 24 hours. I have not heard back. I also tried there chat and they left a message and I have not heard back… and I called again and then I couldn’t get through to a human.
