He was respectful, patient, great at explaining and great at making all of us (my family was there) feel very comfortable with the equipment, the company, and with him. Jessie brought me a new machine to replace the Noisy one that I was using. He gave me a call to update me of his arrival time ,also very friendly and courteous. He made sure everything was working with the replacement before he left.

I had the pleasure of meeting Jessie today, he was the most helpful, lots of patience, delivering person I’ve meet. He was very knowledgeable took his time, was very clear about how the equipment worked. He made sure I understood everything by asking politely if I understood. Jonathan and Jesse were both amazing! They went over the set up of our in home and on the go oxygen machine for our baby. Answered all questions we had and were extremely nice, helpful and friendly. Great service for this team!
