Terrible Experience with Super Care Health - Beware! Super Care Health is an absolutely terrible company! I received my CPAP machine in September 2023 and paid my full insurance copay upfront, which covered me through August 2024. Now suddenly, in April 2025, someone shows up at my door trying to take the machine away! I called their customer service immediately. I ordered an oxygen tank for my 84 years old mom on Tuesday. They delivery the oxygen tank on Wednesday but not the carry on bag. Delivery guy promised me that he was going to delivered the next day which was Thursday because he forgot to bring the cary on bag. I was waiting till Friday afternoon but he never showed up. Super health is such a professional company! They go far above for their customers, which put me at ease, when they delivered my mothers wheelchair late at night just to make sure she had it and was ok! I’m extremely impressed with this company. They’ll call or text you to inform you when they’re coming out, so you don’t have to wonder! I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Top notch service! They also deliver my father’s oxygen tanks.
