I wish there was a zero star option. Please avoid SuperCare Health concerning medical supplies and/ or equipment. They are useless. Customer service sucks. They don't care one iota concerning urgency when it comes to needing equipment and supplies. They say you will receive a callback but unfortunately, that is nothing more than their canned response. NEVER BUY FROM HERE. Like other reviewers, I had terrible experiences with their online shopping (does not provide any dollar amount when ordering, and customer support sucks). Just buy from amazon, so you feel better and maybe even cheaper.
The most awful company, they’ve been charging my mom for a SUCTION MACHINE that she never received, they’ve been charging my mother a rental fee for this machine every month for the past nine months, they’ve been charging my mother‘s insurance for the supplies for this machine for the past almost 9 months, and I believe that this is Medicare fraud. I posted review about 2 month ago, the replay of my review is typical copy and paste for most reviews they replied. The funny part of this company is: after I return the unit for almost a year, they still charge my credit card for $5.18 on May 31, then even worse, they call me on 7/28 ask me to order more supplies for the machine I returned a year ago.
