This company is horrible! I have emailed them, I have left messages.They need to pick up their stuff from my friend's assisted living facility room! The phone numbers do not always work, no one responds to email or phone calls. They continue to send letters saying we may owe them money if we do not return their equipment. I have told them to come get their stuff! Today I received a letter, actually the original rental agreement. No number or person's name to contact. Incredibly slow to ship orders. Sending emails to confirm order, and they have received the orders, to state that someone will be working on it. After all these emails they send one that says an order number has been created. This goes on for 2 to 3 weeks. I wish they would just ship the order.
Update again Used website customer chat DO THAT IF YOU CAN NOT GET THROUGH. EMMA fixed it in less than 10 mins. Emma was amazing... supercare as a company not so much. Update same day 6/27/25 I am guessing they have 1 star review bot to send that generic response. Because they do nothing when emailed. Guess a person's health doesnt matter to this company just the payments. So don't beleive the "owner" response. But hey its only oxygen right? Update: Kim called me from Supercare and after speaking with her she promised to look into it for me, she kept her word looking into what happened with my oxygen equipment which had not been delivered, it still had not been delivered so she contacted George who listened to what had been going on, so he had a complete picture of the situation. George said he would call me back which he did about 5 mins later, and as we were speaking he had a driver on the way to bring my much needed and required equipment. So now I have wh... read more
I posted review about 2 month ago, the replay of my review is typical copy and paste for most reviews they replied. The funny part of this company is: after I return the unit for almost a year, they still charge my credit card for $5.18 on May 31, then even worse, they call me on 7/28 ask me to order more supplies for the machine I returned a year ago.
