This is the worst experience with a Healthcare company I have ever had in my life!! I decided to return my cpap because my stupid insurance was barely covering anything and supercare charged me $370.00 out of pocket for some nasal cushions and filters. I told then I was not longer using my cpap and had returned it and they neglected to tell me even if my extra supplies were unopened I only had 5 days to return them. Their stupid website also charged me twice when I tried to pay the bill but now its still saying I owe $400. ... read more
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with! Keeps sending bills despite being paid in full and being sent proof of payment. Doesn’t communicate with insurance companies at all. Do not use this dishonest company.
They are extremely unreliable delivering DME. Unfortunately we are at their mercy but one day no show. Then they brought the wrong item. The. It was back ordered. Called yesterday to confirm it would come today as promised. Here we are on hold with zero confirmation that it’s on its way. People have to take days off work to wait for these deliveries. They give you a 10-5 window. This will be the 3rd day and I am being told they might be here but not by 5:00 imagine that?? Well they did get it here before 5. However new issue... read more
The guy who delivered my walker was so nice and polite had a great sense of humor. He put my walker together out of the box with no problems.
