My son calls for cpap supplies requests a mask and head strap and receives tubing and filters. The one time he did receive a correct mask was the beginning of the year he’s received an incorrect mask yet can’t seem to speak to anyone to return it he placed an order for a mask and strap and again received tubing and filters yesterday. Customer services sucks expect to be on hold over 40 mins and be transfer atleast 4-6 times. This company doesn’t value your time.
These guys provided O2 tanks and a concentrator for my sister who is a cancer patient. We only got delivery on Friday any were only allowed one “courtesy delivery”. She was very anxious running out of Oxygen while at a Dr. visit, or away from the concentrator. And to exchange in person, could only be done between 10-12AM and we had to get prior approval. We have been using Supercare since January. At first they seemed great. My daughter go a sire on her nose soon after. I called Supercare and they said we will do some research and get back to you. Needless to say we tried everything her pcp, ent and Pulmonologist recommended. In the beginning of May, I had to take her to see her PCP because her nose was so bad. Worst company ever. Rude. When you ask to speak to someone specific that is familiar with your case, they lie and say they can’t transfer you, they say a supervisor will call you back, they don’t. Orders are messed up, billing is messed up. They deny services if their coding is messed up on their end as far as insurances. Meanwhile we have no trach supplies for a vent-dependent elderly woman.
