the entire experience was great....everyone arrived on time, from the sales quote, thru scheduling department, thru the actual install. Installation crew was top notch, answered any questions I had and did a fine install. After the install, I contacted the office to see if Superior could add a custom bottom rail to the gate which I had not previously requested and the after sales service came out within a week and did a no cost custom install.....very impressive service.
