I had a fence, arbor and gate installed by Superior Fence La Vergne TN in 2023. And I will agree with most reviews I've read about the installation. The problem is service after the install. Late 2023 I noticed two areas of concern. One post was leaning, and another was leaning as well. They came out and adjusted the posts accordingly. Later one of the re-positioned posts started leaning again. This post they previously fixed is now at least 2" out of plumb. This post supports the gate under the arbor. We also had a lot of wind and rain the past week. I am sorry for any confusion that we may have caused on our end. I just reviewed the contract and our notes. We are really happy with our fence. We did have a few boards that warped after 2 months and Superior’s crew came back to replace them. They were thoughtful and thorough.

Great experience! Doug listened to what we needed and helped us decide on fence type and placement. He gave me what I needed to make the HOA approval easy, got the fence installed quickly and at a good price! The installation team did an amazing job and left the site clean when they were done. I can't think of anything that could have made the experience better!
