Edward and his team (with assistance of Ryan!) did an amazing job on our new fence. Our fence was not an easy one and I was very specific on what I wanted. The guys did an amazing job and we could not be happier with the end product! Highly recommend Superior to anyone looking for a new fence.
My experience with Superior was great. They were prompt, tireless in their work efforts and their attention to detail is recognizable in the quality of the finished product. We love what they have done and will definitely be using them again for my fencing needs.

The majority of the project was done to satisfaction in a timely manner. I wouldn’t have minded or expected it to even taken 2 days. I was surprised the fence material company product changed and I wasn’t informed until day of installation. Not that it changed the final product, just seemed like it’s something that would be mentioned. The two gates were hung high, and I had to rehang them myself. 1 of the end caps, isn’t an end cap so I have 2 open slots next to the side of the house. Initial guy who quoted was great, professional. Office scheduler was great, very patient, understanding of my timeline. Price was fair, payment process clear. Installation crew was professional, clean, did a great job, made sure I was happy. I did have some questions about install but the field scheduler I emailed with was not clear. It all worked out but I expected better communication there.

everything from start to finish was handled professionally and timely. The whole team there at superior fence and rail care about their customers and do a great job… From the initial sales call, to the installers, to the office and follow up do a great job and back what they say they will do. This is my second fence installation and I couldn’t be happier.
The guys worked hard all day and the install was really well done. Satisfied customer.
Installer showed up close to the time that they texted me. We’re over the whole job and made some changes to make the fence look better more symmetrical to the property. I had to leave and go back to New York State installer worked well on his own and kept my neighbor informed so he could inform me about the job. My neighbor took pictures and it looks terrific. Thank you for doing such a fine job.
