My fence project went way beyond what I expected. They did a fantastic job on my fence and gate system! As a Military Veteran, I highly recommend this company for any fence projects in your future. The value of the price, was in my budget and if I have anymore projects in the future, I will definitely use this fence company.
Superior fixing real truly are superior. The owner Chad came out to give me the estimate. He very kind friendly and approachable including his office staff that does all the scheduling and keep you in the loop. The installation workers are also extremely knowledgeable getting into work done expediently with care and precision. Additionally I got three quotes and Superior came in at the best. Horrendous customer service. Superior Fence must have too much business. Not only did it take a week and a half to get someone scheduled for an estimate but THEN, the morning of my 10 am appt they emailed me (didn't call or text) at 9:30AM to tell me he couldn't make it!! SERIOUSLY? Do not give your business to this company.
I highly recommend Superior Fence and Rail (Austin TX). As Junior Warden of our Church, I needed to replace a 20' section of 15-20 year old fence that had been removed to install a large AC Unit. Spoke with 4-5 local companies but none were as friendly as Sara and Chad. This company will not build you a fence. This company will lure you into an abusive, toxic relationship that ends in heartbreak. They will destroy your yard and your life for a month. First, they will schedule your build. A month later, they will tear your fence down. Every day they will say, "We promise we will be better. We will build your fence tomorrow." Very poor quality work. NEVER hire. They have no idea of what they are doing. I can't believe these crooks are still in business
Not sure of the quality of their actual fence installation but if based on my experience with them on the highway I would never hire someone that represents their company in this manner. Most unprofessional representative I have ever encountered. Superior Fence employee driving their company branded suv like a bat out of hell, cut me off, stops to dig around in the floorboard and give me the middle finger when she got honked at to move on.
