hired this company to install a fence back in Jan. **** them the $10k deposit they asked up front. I was originally told we could get a fence in by end of Feb but we were held up by permits and a survey. Fine. however it took them TWO months to get a survey done and the only reason why it was even completed was because I personally called the survey company to get ONE drawing delivered. When I signed my contract in May, I was given a 6 week estimated start date. It has been more than 13 weeks of waiting for my fence which I had to pay half up front ($3500). The lack of communication and poor customer service has been frustrating & disappointing. I also feel I was scammed. I understand things come up and projects go wrong, but honest communication would have gone a lot further than the lack of communication and excuses I received. I would not recommend this company to anyone
At first I was very happy with this company, but they do sloppy work and lack in communication. They had assured me my fence was complete on day 2 and had my pay the remaining balance; however, an hour later the crew said they had to leave for another job but would be back the next day. After numerous calls to the company my fence is still not complete and its been over 10 days since they were last at my house. the company had set a date and a end date, and told me I was another 2 weeks out from the job, I paid in full, I told them I wanted to cancel, and that they where fired. ***** agreed it was on them, but they where keeping 25% of what I had paid them, even though they were in breach of there own contract. I would not recommend this company unless you read the terms of condition! I feel I was scammed
