Superior Fence & Rail in Valdosta did a complete replacement of my privacy fence back in 2023. The two gentleman that came out and completed the job did a really great job. Mr. Jim was great. I received a lot of compliments on the fence and how well it looked. And then after Hurricane Helene, the fence suffered some damage but not as bad as others around me. Marvelous people to work with. After the hurricane hit us and I contacted Superior fence to get estimate on my torn down fence they were here and got the job done as fast as possible with all the damages around this area. I give them the top rating possible all the workers took good care of me

Excellent job done. No complaints whatsoever. Kudos to Hunter, my salesman, for keeping me up to date on everything.
The one- day job quoted earlier this year ended up taking four, but I'm not upset about that as it seemed a quality installation. The company never responded to a warranty claim, and after Helene they've completely ghosted phone calls, voice mail messages, text messages and emails.
