I'm giving this company 3 stars overall because the start date was changed twice by Superior Fence & Rail in Murrieta, CA especially since we went with their higher bid of the 3 because they had an earlier start date. I understood the first time the start date was changed, no problem. It's only fair to recognize that delays, backups, and injuries can happen.
