Update: I signed my contract and gave my down payment on May 11th. The installation was completed on July 30th. That's over 10 weeks. I was told 4-5. The majority of the fencing got installed relatively quickly, however the main gate did not fit correctly and needed to be refabricated. I let the contractor know I was replacing my steps in order to install a railing, but he never returned to remeasure before ordering the fencing. Mike came by to give us a quote which seemed competitive and comprehensive. We decided to go with them, even though the wait would be significant, approximately 4-5 weeks. The wait has been 6 weeks thus far and no word when they might do the installation. The "dashboard" they sent us, while appreciated, has given a 1 week out timeline for 2 weeks & multiple jobs ahead of us. So far, I'm annoyed at the lack of communication. We recently had our fence and gate replaced and could not be more impressed with the entire experience from start to finish. Mike and his team came out promptly, took the time to walk the property with me, and offered honest recommendations based on our needs and budget with no pressure or upselling. We didn't know what type of fence we wanted and Mike had some great suggestions . We followed his recommendation - a horizontal cedar fence and we love it! Overall, this was great experience -

Superior did an excellent job on our chainlink fence. We had some security issues we wanted to solve and Mike did a great job giving us lots of options for a fair price. After having a couple other contractors out to give us estimates- Mike was the most communicative, professional, and helpful. Highly, highly recommend them for any fence project. 10/10
