Terrible, 2 people in the office at 3:30pm on Friday 1male and 1 female and they can't fill a propane bottle!
Since my first call to cancel my contract and have the tank picked up on November 16th (two months ago) I have called an additional three times to ask them about picking up. Each time they have given me a new date of scheduled pickup, and each time it is not picked up. I'm in the process of selling my house, so this has created an obscene amount of trouble with confusion over conveying.
