Great experience, the technician that came out looked over and cleaned our system. He let us know our refrigerant was slightly low but that they charged for refrigerant by the lb, bonus points for not taking an unnecessary upsell. very pleased with the service, will use again in the future!

I have been using Superior Heating, Cooling & Electric for the past four years and they are FABULOUS! Tom Search and his crew are all so knowledgeable, prompt, and professional. They don't try to sell you anything you don't need. I won't use anyone else!

Superior has always been professional and honest. They show up when they say they will, they do the job they say they will do. They don't leave a mess, they installed a heating/cooling unit in my bedroom that works wonderfully. I really appreciate their service, and recommend them.
