Great experience, the technician that came out looked over and cleaned our system. He let us know our refrigerant was slightly low but that they charged for refrigerant by the lb, bonus points for not taking an unnecessary upsell. very pleased with the service, will use again in the future!

Superior has always been professional and honest. They show up when they say they will, they do the job they say they will do. They don't leave a mess, they installed a heating/cooling unit in my bedroom that works wonderfully. I really appreciate their service, and recommend them.

We had a heating issue on a cold Montana day. Tom came out within a couple of hours and was able fix and repair our unit the same day. Superior has always responded rapidly and provides great customer service. We recommend them highly.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Tom, the owner, was quick to respond to my call as I had no heat nor hot water in this cold front we are having. He stopped at my house the same day to assess my broken water heater and boiler. He is honest and very reliable and it didn't take him long to do the job and do it correctly. Tom and his crew were very professional. I highly recommend Superior Heating and Cooling.
