I have used superior plumbing in the past and they have great service. Their plumbers are very knowledgable and experienced. They've always done an awesome job and were quick to get a service tech out to my house. I would definitely use them again
I have had them out twice in the past14 months, and, while they aren't the cheapest, they are the best!!
They removed my cast iron tub and installed a walk in shower Greg Lee gave me a good price and has worked with us on problems,Christ did a great job on taking out the tub and installing the shower very personal person ,Joe also did a great job 2 1/2 days from start to a working shower ☆☆☆☆☆
Absolutely incredible service! We called all around Wichita and got the same monotone person (it seemed like) who told us the same quote. Called Superior and had a happy person answer the phone who gave us the lowest quote out of everyone. Around 2 hours later, a technician named Christian got us a new hot water heater and our water running again. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Especially Christian. do not use this company unless you want to be ripped off,took advantage of my parents,told them its alright to put the main water line 14 inches in the ground,and told them they would not be charged for a temporary line if they got the job,charged them 500 dollars for that,that pipe will freeze,garbage company i wouldnt even give them 1 star
Worst experience I have ever had with a plumbing company and I am 63 so have had a few out over the years. Needed a leaky faucet fixed. They broke my faucet so I had to buy new. They did not have a replacement so I was without water in kitchen including dishwater for 24 hrs.Then said they would give me a break on labor but didn't.
