Superior Propane has provided service for us for 20+ years. Love their winter pre-buy program and the great customer service we receive - from all those in the office to the techs that come out to troubleshoot and fill our tanks!!
If I could give less than a 1 star rating, I would. They filled out tank without our knowledge or consent, billed us for it, admitted it was their mistake and made a deal with us, went back on their word, made a deal with us again, and instantly decided to come get their tank after agreeing upon the deal we made. Seriously, this is the worse propane company I have ever dealt with in my entire life.
I highly recommend the team at Superior Propane. Today we had our 250 gallon tank from another company replaced with a Superior Propane tank. The scheduling, swap out, install and fill were so efficient and professional. We wanted a local company because we don’t want to get caught out this winter begging a customer service rep overseas for a fill on our tank. If you are thinking about installing a new tank or replacing the one you have, give these guys a call.
I have had several encounters with pure propane. Jason is awesome very professional and knowledgeable. Incredible follow up. Manual is awesome
My husband, George bond and I smelled gas coming from our tank and within 3 hours , Mike and Artoro had us with a new tank that wasn’t leaking . Had Superior since the early 2000 and highly recommend them they find the problem and did safety tests to make sure we didn’t have any problems , nice to have a qualified company with qualified employees to do a job well done.
