I run an independent restaurant and I would advise you to stay away from Superior Service. Most of their techs are GREAT and super knowledgable, but I have had a recent dispute with them where a job didn't get done properly, and they charged me multiple invoices just to get the job done when it should have been a warranty call (no charge). I requested a refund or credit for months, tried to get it escalated, and management didn't attempt to contact me once. Self-serving. They don't care. Billed and showed up with the wrong part. The correct thing to do would have been to apologize and refund immediately. Instead, they dragged their feet and gave me the runaround on the refund... “the person who needs to approve it isn’t here,” “we’re still investigating the matter,” and similar excuses. I am writing to warn others about my highly disappointing experience with Superior Service Corp. I recently had a service appointment for my freezer, model EF2A-FS, which is still under its two-year warranty (expiring on April 25, 2024). OVERPRICED AND OVERCHARGED! It was recommended that I use this company to replace a sensor in my ice cream machine, a task that should only take 30mins but since my machine was under warranty, I figure I do it. But I needed to pay first with my cc then get reimbursed.
