Purchased the gold package. The person who cleaned my car pointed out the residue in between the panels of my car and said he would get rid of it, but it's still there when I returned home a took a closer look at the car. The touch up paint wasn't great, color is slightly off and noticable. The front grill and bumper was still a little dirty with bugs and other stuff. Awesome work. Very pleased with how my vehicle came out. Nice and clean. Better then I was expecting. My vehicle never been detailed professionally and this just makes me want to get it clean more often.
I bought a gift certificate for my mothers birthday. Her vehicle is an 06’ and has seen a lot of love so I wasn’t expecting too much. I dropped it off and was kindly greeted, they went through the vehicle with me and told me everything they planned to do that came with my package and about how long the job would take. I wished them luck. Upon arrival to pick up, the owner Joe, greeted me and my mother and presented us with the finished product. Great job! I took my Toyota Tundra farm truck to them and asked for the Platinum package. It had over 50k miles and never been detailed. I try to keep it reasonably clean but needless to say it was a mess! They did a great job, inside and out, engine compartment, box and receiver for towing. The pickup and delivery was also very helpful. And, since I get three free express detailing followups, I expect to be in good shape for the summer. I highly recommend!
Ryan and the team at Superior were great. I was able to get in for an appointment quickly, and everything the shop did was explained in straightforward detail, with no overpromising or attempts to upsell. The work was completed in great time and until then, they provided a loaner car to use. My car has some incidental wear and minor damage, and Superior Auto Spa managed to make it look like it just came off the lot.
