Great customer service~ They stayed in touch and managed my expectations every step of the way. They did some really professional work too - looks just like the brochure they showed me!

They came out immediately and removed the door and returned in the time frame with the door and mirror was replaced. They were the least expensive and did a great job!
I originally called to replace 1 shower door . The estimate came out and measured the door and quoted a price .I asked him why the door broke since there was no one in the bathroom. He said it happens.When the installer came out and tried to install the door the door shattered he told me the frame was bad.but I checked the adjustment of the rollers and they were adjusted to tight to latch on the track.He kept trying to force it until the door shattered.So I let them install the new frame.and guess what my original door doesn... read more
Glass door came scratched. The glass does not appear to be clear even though I paid for clear.
Took them 3 tries to finish the project
I hired SFS to compete a simple project to replace the shower door. This turned out to be a complete disaster that took forever to complete. They absolutely donâ t care about customer satisfaction. Rude owner and miserable employees. I hate the shower door they installed and feel very unsafe using it. I would not recommend this company.
Glass doors are poorly installed. They have installed inside door outside and vice versa. When we asked about it, now they are asking additional $50 fix their mess. Ladies working there are horrible, don't even respond properly. Avoid this shop.
This company is not truthful with their estimates and promise an installation date to only deliver TWO months after their established time period. You are required to give a $500. Non refundable deposit, so if you get tired of waiting and getting no communication from the owner, you are obliged to sit and wait, or lose your $500. deposit.
