Shower door was installed 2 1/2 weeks ago and immediately expressed my concern with the amount of gap between the doors with the installer and was told to contact the office. I contacted the office with pictures by email and was told that management would contact me. As of today, no further contact from anyone else and no fix.

Run, do not walk away from this company. The gaps in my door were too bad, and when I took my first shower water drained onto my floor outside the shower at every clamp installed to hold the glass. Customer service is awful. After bringing the issues to their attention manager came out and said it was designed by a computer and had to be right. After spending $2,200 they want another $100 to make the door the right size. Awful.

They do not stand behind their products, workmanship or contract. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

The person who identified himself as a manager with the company was bullish, threatening, was very unprofessional. A deposit within $575 was given and not return as of today.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. We had a few issues that we wanted to speak to them about:broken tiles and a chipped glass door. They never responded to our calls.
