Staff was excellent. Please be up front with charges and don't quote facility charges without mentioning insurance and admin charges. Need a way so moving company can leave loading door open during the entire move in phrase. I had to stand inside to activate the motion sensor for my moving team to gain entry access after unloading each load.

Nice facility, unfortunately, our rate was raised twice within a year. The second increase was nearly 30%, which seems rather greedy. We've moved to a different storage company.
