Staff was excellent. Please be up front with charges and don't quote facility charges without mentioning insurance and admin charges. Need a way so moving company can leave loading door open during the entire move in phrase. I had to stand inside to activate the motion sensor for my moving team to gain entry access after unloading each load.

Kara, the manager is very friendly and helpful. She will work with new renters to help them get the best unit for their needs. Because the rates have continued to go up, I downsized to a smaller unit. I am pleased with the facility, hours of availability, cleanliness, and safety. I think there should be more incentives/compensation for long term renters, who remain good tenants. Rates for first time renters are often on special, but there are no incentives to keep the long time renters. LMc
