Don't let the online prices fool you. They increase rental prices often. We started at $62 for a 5 x 10 and they charge us $179 per month! We have asked for a break or discount for loyalty and they will not work with you. Thank you for your response. I have reached out directly to you about the pricing and you wouldn't work with me to change it in any way.
I monthly payment went from $126 month to $185 a monthover a 2 yr span. When I gave my 30-day notice. When we gave a 30 -day notice the entry code changed we had to return the ext day to gain entry. We have been charged again and have been out for over 30 days
Patty is an amazing. Prices are very fair and reasonable. Great location and it just the best experience I've had with a storage facility. I would Highly recommend.
STOP! CONSUMER FRAUD and TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE ELDERLY WARNING. My mother is Almost 80 years old. She is on a fixed income and I found her crying today. She told me she was just charged $350 for her 10x15 storage! When I called Patty (the manager) to explain my mom’s on a fixed income and was having trouble keeping up with their rate increases and late fees. I drive a truck and showed up here to deliver some materials to a customer of the storage facility. They were nowhere to be found. I walked into the office and received a warm welcome from Patty. She went above and beyond to get a hold of the person I was looking for and resolved the situation immediately. This wasn’t even her problem to deal with but she was gracious enough to help me anyway! If anyone deserves your business, it’s this place!
