Overpriced! All items stored in the two units I rented were covered in dust and dirt. Spider webs galore! Ever since Superior Storage bought Five Star Storage, my rates increased drastically. Every year my rates increased. In June 2025, I was charged $410 a month for a 10x10 and a 10x15. Although I had ongoing personal home insurance policy on both units, the manager would find a way to add insurance to my units saying I did not provide proof of insurance.

I highly recommend this facility. Our storage unit wasn't quite ready at the time of move in. Rebecca quickly went above and beyond, offering us 2 units in the meantime. The units are well taken care of, and the surrounding area is nicely paved. The storage facility is fully gated, with a unique code provided per unit/renter. Rebecca is great to work with and is very responsive. We also have friends that rent 2 storage units there as well, that are happy with the units and excellent customer service they have received.
