The young black man was very polite & had delightful manners( rare to find in people). He showed me several available units & their prices. Very helpful to me all the time while we discussed business. He is a keeper for your company
The team they have who works here are incredibly nice and very professional and will awnser all the questions you could come up with. Ive talked to alot of storage places. But I have to say this place is the best and they go above and beyond. I have never been so impressed with how great a place is until I was able to get a storage unit with this place.
Donna is an absolute angel. She got me set up with no issue, was able to answer all my questions with confidence, and got me a great unit at a great rate. I love her personality, it honestly felt like I was hanging out with a friend during this whole process. I hope she's here every time I come through :)
I only needed this short term but the whole process was easy from start to end. The units were clean, the facility is very well managed, and the staff is friendly.
Extra Space in The Bury has great employees and a great deal. It is an indoor storage in a location (moderately busy- gas, food, I-85, etc) where I am comfortable leaving my belongings. It is a new (formerly Magic Mart) and secure facility. I am thankful for the employees (animated and hospitable) that work there to help with questions and concerns and watch over the possessions of others. You are very much appreciated by me. TNT
