Teresa has gone above and beyond to help with any and everything I have ever called and needed. She has worked with me in any way possible and made sure that I always have a great experience. She is courteous and kind and always makes sure I know if I have missed a payment.
Teresa was awesome to work with. She worked very hard to find me a unit that was large enough and there were no surprises. She nearly always answered all my calls but if she was busy she promptly called me back...even if I didn't leave her a message. If I was in business for myself I'd want her to be working for me! Thanks
The manager I worked with was fantastic. She got me set up at the shady grove location. I did not particularly like the first unit I was first assigned and she quickly reassigned me to a new unit that suited me much better. Customer service is definitely #1 on her priority list.
