I had the best experience storing my important items here. Superior Storage truly is superior - they are clean, climate controlled and I always felt that my things were safe and in great hands. Teresa is professional, helpful, and just over all lovely. Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone that wants to store things safely and without worry!
I have been bothered by the lack of customer service lately. Most everywhere you go people are not concerned or interested in your experience with their business. Most of the time there's a language barrier when you do try to give someone credit. The experience I had with the Superior Storage manager was refreshing. He was personable, friendly and concerned about the experience I would have. He physically drew a map to my unit and the unit itself was clean and easy to access.
