It's an incredible place, my family receives the best service from them I've been their customer for over 10 years . Thry upgraded their service waiting longue.. Shane hivks snd disappeared are the best. So is ztydon from the parts dept.

Our sales person, Mike Wu was amazing!!! I had a little problem with the first car because it didn’t have all the features I wanted for my daughter so, Mike came in on his day off to help me and I ended up with a beautiful 2025 Lexus hybrid and my 16 year old daughter was extremely happy and so was I. They had it cleaned and placed a big red bow on it for her:) Thanks, Mike and the entire team for working with me and making our happiness a priority! We truly appreciate you all🙏
Shane always takes good care of us and our Rx350. Fortunately, during our latest routine service visit, our SS Service tech ‘s through inspection revealed an early water-pump leak. Shane got it replaced the same day and provided me with this very cool, “inconspicuous” all-electric loaner!
