I don't usually leave reviews. However, the customer service representative who assisted me today was truly excellent. His name is Iziah Collins. My English isn't very good, but he patiently helped me resolve all the issues with my car. He was very professional and fantastic. Even though my car service took longer than expected, he specifically came over to explain the reason. Our sales person, Mike Wu was amazing!!! I had a little problem with the first car because it didn’t have all the features I wanted for my daughter so, Mike came in on his day off to help me and I ended up with a beautiful 2025 Lexus hybrid and my 16 year old daughter was extremely happy and so was I. They had it cleaned and placed a big red bow on it for her:) Thanks, Mike and the entire team for working with me and making our happiness a priority! We truly appreciate you all🙏

It's an incredible place, my family receives the best service from them I've been their customer for over 10 years . Thry upgraded their service waiting longue.. Shane hivks snd disappeared are the best. So is ztydon from the parts dept.
