I don't usually leave reviews. However, the customer service representative who assisted me today was truly excellent. His name is Iziah Collins. My English isn't very good, but he patiently helped me resolve all the issues with my car. He was very professional and fantastic. Even though my car service took longer than expected, he specifically came over to explain the reason. Shane always takes good care of us and our Rx350. Fortunately, during our latest routine service visit, our SS Service tech ‘s through inspection revealed an early water-pump leak. Shane got it replaced the same day and provided me with this very cool, “inconspicuous” all-electric loaner!
Our sales person, Mike Wu was amazing!!! I had a little problem with the first car because it didn’t have all the features I wanted for my daughter so, Mike came in on his day off to help me and I ended up with a beautiful 2025 Lexus hybrid and my 16 year old daughter was extremely happy and so was I.
