I have had storage here since 1995. It was Lakeside Storage back then, and I knew the owner, who was a "hands on" owner. I have always been happy. Since SuperStorage purchased it, things have been good, and there have been continual beneficial improvements made. Charles Johnson has been the manager since the time of purchase, and he has been a great manager who takes the same interest as an owner would when interfacing with customers, tending to business, getting things done, and in making things run smoothly. The guy in the office was rude and made me feel like I was bother him when I asked about renting a unit. There are homeless people yelling and arguing around the lot fence. They said they price match, but when presented with proof from another facility, they just said No I won't do that. Terrible customer service.

Hands down the best customer service experience I've had with a storage facility. Charles & his associates are very welcoming to all people, has excellent communication skills, and genuinely has their customers best interest in mind. I stored my car at Superstorage for almost 2 years, and not once did I have any issues. 5/5 stars! & thank you guys for the great experience.

I have been with these guys for a few years and always and still have awesome customer service. When there is a problem or issue no matter what it is they always have a solution or answer . I am 800 miles away and still know my stuff is safe and in good hands thanks Charles five stars
