If you care about your valuables, AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! My unit was pillaged & infested by vermin!!! I had furniture destroyed by animals & personal belongings stolen by (human animal) thieves. I filed reports & sent letters to SS corporate offices, they said I needed to file a police report for stolen items but reminded me “they are only responsible for damage up to $500.” I lost $$ in personal items yes, but more than that…I lost belongings that were apart of my life & family memories, they can’t be replaced. Great experience all around! Amanda and Jennifer were so helpful and professional. I knew my things were in good hands! Clean facility, lights available where you need them if you happen to stop by your unit when it's dark. Would 100% recommend Super Storage to my friends and family! Thank you for the help and pleasant experience. If I need a unit again in the future; Super storage will be my first choice!
Moved into Super Storage four months ago, after two other storages - one in Paso Robles and the other in Atascadero - ended up having rodents. I know most of my experiences with storage places are that they are almost always booked so customer service is not a tight priority, although this location has most of its units filled up I can't say enough about Jennifer the lady at the front desk, how polite she is and a very hard worker. After losing housing, I was desperate to find a unit in my price range that would be able to fit all my stuff, super storage came to my rescue. Their prices are great, their staff was incredibly helpful and kind, and the process was so easy! I would absolutely rent from here again if needed!
