I have had the most positive ,friendly,easy ,thorough,I can’t say enough about my experience with Jennifer at 1st lake properties . I moved in Sept 1st and I absolutely love this apartment at Surfrider on Lake avenue .Great location ,cute skylights and sunroom ..I love all of the trees ,the pool is nice to have in the summer and it’s been so comforting to know that if something needs attention in the apt Jennifer was so quick to respond and all around helpful !I love my new home❤️
Ensure you don't get charged for a dirty carpet by receiving your list of charges within 30 days.from your move out day..otherwise statelaw says you are entitled for your deposit at 2.5.rate and court fees. Look at the post stamp date
I've lived at Surf Rider for two and a half years now and I couldn't be happier with the apartment complex or management. It is a very safe and quiet place and just a short drive away from numerous restaurants, bars, shopping locations(including Lakeside Mall, grocery stores, gas stations, and the beautiful Lake Pontchartrain. The staff and maintenance crew are excellent-very friendly and on top of things.
I enjoy living at Surfrider Apartments. The most important thing for me as that I feel safe living there with my family, especially since I did not feel safe at the apartment complex where I lived prior. The place is cozy and everyone I've dealt with has been very nice. We also have a nice large pool in the center of the property that's great for swimming in the summer months.
They might be nice looking, but the woman I spoke with over the phone to made me have zero interest in leasing this apartment. Also, how in gods green earth do you expect the combined weight of two animals to be less than 40lbs? You’re asking $1400-$1900 a month for a mediocre property with minimal amenities.
