I can’t say enough great things about the people and facilities at Surgical Center of Ridgefield. I had cataract surgery there on February 3, and from the minute I walked in and Kristi greeted me and checked me in to every nurse who helped me, everyone was so kind and helpful. Bethe, Carly, Kim, and I’m sorry if I missed anyone, were always checking on me, seeing how I was and made preparing for surgery much less stressful. I had an excellent experience at Ridgefield Surgical Center. From check-in to discharge, the entire staff was professional, compassionate, and attentive. I was extremely anxious about my procedure and the nurses and surgical team took the time to explain every step, which made me feel comfortable and well cared for. This place is top notch! I had cataract eye surgery here with Dr. Bruce Altman—amazing Doctor! I was told each step of the way what was happening. Every single nurse and doctor i met with explained everything thoroughly and answered every question i had. They were all caring, kind, professional, and friendly! I highly recommend The Surgical Center of Ridgefield and Dr. Bruce Altman. He is the best!
Having completed a recent medical procedure with Dr. Whelan and his team, it’s my pleasure to complete a review. Everything about the visit, the facility and his team was first class and five-star ++. He and the team, especially nurses Marade and Natasha, are so professional, kind and helpful, in fact nothing to complain improve or criticize.
