I am very happy with my therapist and my head shrunken. They are very nice, tell me what they think and give me ideas to keep me thinking on my own, yet I usually come to the right conclusion, given their advice. I pretty much loved all the therapists I’ve had and same for drs….minus a few. But I am very happy for Lifestance. One thing I don’t love is the patient portal, still trying to figure out.
I have been a patient at Lifestance for 2 years. Dr Gilman and Joanne Mayer have been stellar in their treatments. For the first time in my decades long history of anxiety and depression I received the correct diagnosis and medication, and it has changed my life. I wish I had gotten to them sooner.
