I tried for 15 minutes to contact my therapist for a tele call online. Finally I called with my iPhone directly to the office to assist me in contacting my appointment with my therapist. That was successful. This whole process took 30 minutes.

Always a pleasure to speak with someone that shows their professional training an the compassion an ability to stand firm an say the things as we need to hear even when we dont want to hear things but we needed to hear it.
