I’ve known Susan for a couple of decades. She helps me keep on a stable life track with my bipolar disorder. She’s a great friend. Her patience, dedication and understanding make her a great and exceptional nurse.
Excellent service, treatment, and people. After years of being a patient I have zero negative things to mention. Very rare in our world today. If you need any services that they provide then I strongly suggest giving LifeStance a try.
Love Susan and lifestance! She is the best and easy to talk too and also in asking questions. Now.. you get a ton of emails from them wanting updated insurance information and payment… but you can never get a reply from them.. that’s the office staff. I am giving the 5 star solely because Susan does a great job.

Susan Player at Life Stance Health is and has been wonderful. She is calm, professional, personable, and knowledgeable. Susan listens and listens closely. She is not afraid to say, “I’m not sure about that. I’ll check on it and get back with you.” To me, that speaks of a knowledgeable, competent, assured person. The staff, ALL of them, are warm and friendly. I’ve seen psychiatrists for about 25 years. This is easily the best experience I have had.
