Love Susan and lifestance! She is the best and easy to talk too and also in asking questions. Now.. you get a ton of emails from them wanting updated insurance information and payment… but you can never get a reply from them.. that’s the office staff. I am giving the 5 star solely because Susan does a great job.
I couldn't be more pleased with the care I received. My psychiatrist is by far very informative and makes sure I'm doing well. She makes sure to give me the tools to cope and let's me know I can call her anytime I need to .

Initial first televisit went very well with Susan player. She listens and knows which questions to ask to get me to open up which is usually a very difficult thing to do. I am looking forward to next visit.
