Very unprofessional I had an appointment she randomly cancelled and never told me, atleast tell your clients or have your scheduling department reach out when you cancel, so we don’t drive to your office for nothing, very inconsiderate for an alleged therapist. A degree is one thing, but being an actual decent person is another.
I am very happy with my new therapist. I feel like I am on the path I need to be on.
I never got connected. Both laat time and this time. This is unacceptable.
