Beware of cancelling appointments with Susan Winsor at LifeStance. After attending four sessions with her, I had to cancel my weekly session, so I called two days in advance and was given the choice to reschedule or just skip the session. I chose to skip it and go the next week at my regular time. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Lifestance! I’m always greeted with a smile and check in is quick. My therapist, Susan WINSOR, is beyond amazing! I’ve been to other therapists and I’ve never found anyone who compares to Susan. She is so engaged in what I am saying and genuinely cares. Very unprofessional I had an appointment she randomly cancelled and never told me, atleast tell your clients or have your scheduling department reach out when you cancel, so we don’t drive to your office for nothing, very inconsiderate for an alleged therapist. A degree is one thing, but being an actual decent person is another.
I never got connected. Both laat time and this time. This is unacceptable.
I am very happy with my new therapist. I feel like I am on the path I need to be on.
