Company takes interview and didn’t ask any technical questions. The panel was just talking and not asking any questions and after that we try to take update they rejected because of technical reason. Sarala was managing and interview taken by Govind. They both don’t know how to handle.
I really love this company and wanted to join , I am graduate in 2022 and gave interview 2 times with a gap of 7 months , twist also I received the response your profile is on hold , why Sutherland I want to join your company you don't respect employee side . Sunderland is one of the good companies in India but the interview experience which I had was horrible. First round happened then I got reply stating you are selected and only HR round is left. The very next day I got another call stating one more interview will happen at 8PM and the interview call/invitation I got at 7PM(which is very unprofessional). They called me for interview knowing exactly what salary i was asking, before going I confirmed the same but after reaching there they tell me they can't afford me and will only offer 20% less than my demanded salary, that wasted my other interviews and whole day as i traveled 50+ kms because it's too far from main city plus there is no AC bus service either.
