My experience with Sutherland was disappointing. I would not recommend it for either freshers or experienced candidates. The work culture and professionalism are lacking, especially in the HR process. The HR team was rude and showed very little respect for candidates’ time and effort. Security system is very worst, there is one person at frontdesk at A1, 5 th floor really rude person. Who hired someone like him he is a jerk useless fellow. Someone like him immediately needs to fired. Such a rude person there is no manners.
