I had a very disappointing experience with the management at Sutherland,After clearing the telephonic interview and being selected by one of their representatives, the process was left incomplete because the person who interviewed me resigned without any proper communication or handover. Best work place and worst cafeteria foods. Think before you eat the person who are going for interview please prepare your food from home or eat outside. Skip cafeteria especially on A1 block 6 th floor.
Very worst company I have ever seen in my life.They invited me to attend the interview for AR caller at perungulathur at 3:00 PM i kept waited till 6:30 PM they even not started the first round.After 6:30 pm they called me & asked for my CTC expectations before starting the interview. And asked basic questions related to the role I applied After I was kept to wait for the technical round with the manager.
