Very unprofessional people representing from such a big company. I had been called for an interview by Mrs. Vijeta in the airoli office at 7.30pm. I reached there on time after my 9hrs office shift and no one even bothered to attend me there. I was sitting in the waiting room till 9.15pm and the manager Mr. Marian there was busy with his colleagues and having snacks and kept me waiting. Because of lack of information provided I lost my job. I had cleared the test only typing was left but they didn't tell we that the typing test link will expire in 2 hrs and I was out for some work. I had come from V Parle even though I had a V Bad Back injury cause I need this job but the company noms r such that u have to come to office for the test even if it is work from home job. happy to join sutherland company as a fresher in this company i felt every thing was smooth with the joining process all because of their HR Namira. she took her responsibility very seriously and made sure she never make us wait or delay any work related to joining. im very happy with sutherland and looking forward to grow with this company
All the staff members were good specially the girl whom I met (Namira) she was very helpful from starting the interview till the time of joining I am greatful she met and she helped me a lot her instant messages replies made things easy for me.
Its a BPO. Everything is good except that you cannot go out of the premises between 11pm and 5am due to security reasons.
