Worst experience😠😡, nobody is helpful. I suggest Just makeup and glam people go there. Not good working environment. They waste your long hours just for their fun. Treat you like an outsider. No help or good treatment provided. Very unfriendly.
Very unprofessional people representing from such a big company. I had been called for an interview by Mrs. Vijeta in the airoli office at 7.30pm. I reached there on time after my 9hrs office shift and no one even bothered to attend me there. I was sitting in the waiting room till 9.15pm and the manager Mr. Marian there was busy with his colleagues and having snacks and kept me waiting. All the staff members were good specially the girl whom I met (Namira) she was very helpful from starting the interview till the time of joining I am greatful she met and she helped me a lot her instant messages replies made things easy for me.
Very bad experience with Jennifer and the staff priyanka n akanksha n hr merlin Fernandes.Jenifer was VV Rude she doesn't know how to talk to someone n what tone to use. after speaking to staff who are least bothered. Priyanka taken all the docs n later not turned up. dint feel like working for the company. Even many my friends also had a very bad experience with her She needs to be stopped trained & monitored. I will also say the same as Saroj had said about the organization management needs to be changed strictly as they are all ruining such a good brand, They force the employees to leave the company by telling fake and silly reasons, After giving my six years to Sutherland they told me to leave the organisation stating that the process has been ramped down but after seven months still the process is going on and hasn’t been ramped down, I was a dedicated employee throughout my whole period of six years also I have been promoted ... read more
