Don't deserve any recognition. Poor management and there are a lot of irregularities happening. They did not release the training allowance which was promised to be given on the nearest cut off. They fooled agents who worked during Christmas season, they were forced to sign the paper which statement is on that day is the last reporting at work. Payslip can only ba accessed at the sight. Agents don't have personal copy of breakdowns of their salary every cut off.
