I can’t say enough good things about Swag Plumbing & Rooter. My kitchen faucet suddenly stopped working on a Friday, and based on a great prior experience with them fixing my bathroom sink, I gave them a call. They returned my message within five minutes, already a great start. They walked me through a quick check over the phone, and when that didn’t solve it, they sent Christian out the same afternoon. From start to finish I was very I was very impressed with their professionalism and communication. They were quick to respond, schedule an appt and arrived as promised. Daniel was very skilled and not at all bothered with our multiple questions. He educated us and gave us options for our garbage disposal that didn't work (let it be because it was not highly used, buy the part ourselves and have them replace it or have them buy it and replace it). Christian was very thorough every step of the way and made me so glad to get our drain pipe cleared out by him! We had a clog in our main drain pipe from kitchen to main of about 55’. He went into the crawl space and took many pictures and reviewed it with me and pin point areas of concern. We knew going in our 60 year old galvanized drain pipe has outlived its life so he went through and also gave us a quote on replacement but also answered all my questions and concerns about the process, what materials they use and such.
