I had an issue with my water heater and was left without hot water. I did what I could to troubleshoot the water heater, but realized I needed professional help and advice. I called and spoke to Jaime who was very knowledgeable, patient, professional, and honest. Within 1 hour, Christian came to the house with the replacement part. Jaime from SWAGS is amazing! I was trying to fix our pop-up drain in our bathtub and had a stuck bolt. He immediately offered advice on how we could try to fix it ourselves while also scheduling to send a technician out to help. He was so kind and amazingly helpful over the phone even offering to look at photo's at what we were doing. He was so helpful that we ended up being able to fix the drain on our own! We called Jaime on a Sunday night past 10PM due to an emergency with a water leak from under the kitchen sink. He was very quick to call back, was very professional in taking note of the issue and scheduled an early morning appointment. Daniel was very helpful, called 15 minutes ahead of time to let us know he was nearby and very polite/patient. Arrived, quick to identify the problem of a loose kitchen sink faucet handle. determine the handle was loose due to a loose set screw, reinstall the handle very fast. Impressed, highly recommend and will use again
