Jaime came over to my house to check on our hot water heater that stopped working the night before. He was quick to answer my phone calls and text messages. He helped us relight our pilot and was very informative on hot water heaters and what to look for, how long hot water heaters last, andwhere to check on the date of the hot water heater’s manufacture date. Our technician, Daniel, was fantastic: personable, professional, candid and knowledgeable! A terrific representative for this company. I contacted SWAGS to inquire about replacing my shower systems (valves and adding handhelds). They sent out a technician right away for consultation and I got a text confirmation. The technician patiently walked me through my questions, possible options and what would be involved for each...He even volunteered to tighten all the valves and switch couple shower heads/arms to address my concerns and provide a temporary solution. Contacted SWAGS due to our shower having almost zero water pressure over the last few months. They came out the next day and discovered it was the cartridge needing to be replaced. The part needed to be ordered and they installed it two days later. Great customer service and communication. We also had them replace our water heater two years ago along with correcting some other things that were done wrong by a previous contractor prior to us buying our home. Would recommend them 100%. Had an issue where our water bill was 10x the normal bill. Called the city and to do check for leaks between property and county lines and they recommended a plumber so I found Jaime at SWAGS. We talked through the issues and he helped guide me through various steps to check for potential leaks and looked at the water pressure sensor throughout each of the tests.
