Josh came out today to fix our water pressure issue. He was so efficient and got us back to normal pressure. He also provided great customer service especially with explaining the issue and setting expectations. He is the second person to assess this issue. S.W.A.T. Plumbing has been a dream to work with for our plumbing needs.
SWAT is responsive and very customer oriented in their call center…Kelly was awesome! Andrew did a great job changing out our shower cartridge, even though it had rusted in-place. They worked with our difficult home warranty service and took care of our issue. A++!
1 week after install the new ater heater was still leaking. Wan not installed correct. Then 6 months later, no pressure on the hot water through the faucets. I called and they stated they only warrany their work for 30 days! Wanted an additional $99 for a service call!!! They must not trust their techs if they only guarantee their work for a year!¡! Will NOT use in the future and do NOT recommend!!!
Maybe when you hire this company directly the experience is better. I went through a home warranty. I asked for them to check for a leak. They cut a hole in the side of my house to look for a leak. The journeyman plumber who did the work told me that was the only way he could know if there was a leak. Apparently when their staff says "I will need to remove the siding" that equates to I am going to cut a 12x12 hole in the side of your house. Removing the siding does not equate to a hole and NO- that is NOT the only way to see... read more
S.W.A.T. Plumbing in Aledo, Texas, was recently used by us to install a new disposal, sink, and two new faucets. We were impressed with their fast service, their knowledge, and their polite employees, Brandon and Weldon, as well as the lady who answers their phone. We highly recommend them.
