We had a slab leak. For a $10k price tag they tunneled under our house and fixed the leak. Less than a year later, we had a slab leak in the same spot that was repaired. The only option they gave us was to re-pipe our house for another $10 (discounted price). Less than a year later, we have pipes fail inside a kitchen wall, leading to flooding and damage inside our walls, carpet, and flooring.
