RecommendedSwedes Real Estate is absolutely the best. Their website was easy to navigate and review multiple homes at different price points. The home we rented was exactly as presented and wonderful for us. Check in and out was greeting with smiling faces and helpful suggestions. Information was always available. This is the best experience in renting a vacation home.

RecommendedA little late posting my review, but my family and I rented a cabin during spring break and loved it.. I rented the sea sprite cabin and it was amazing.. We were right on the beach, it was nice and peaceful and the cabin itself was very clean and much nicer than even then pictures showed.. Everyone in the Swede's office was incredibly nice and helpful as well.. Would definitely rent again!!

RecommendedWe rented The Beach Retreat last June. One of the best decisions I ever made. My girls week was a blast. Only next time I will opt for a beach house with cable or satellite.
We rented Davis Beach and the house is definitely a great 4 bed beach house. A couple of negative issues the back yard full of stickers cant walk barefoot , beach access was full of knee high water which smelled of sewer and mesquitoes were so large and so bad i literally had 15-20 on me just taking trash out. We went thru 6 cans of outdoor fogger not real helpful. Talked to locals at store and they had battery powered fogger which seemed to work wished we wouldve know this before arriving or if house had already there would... read more
