I am very impressed at my first appointment as a new patient. The office sent me texts reminding me of my appointment and time. April was amazing scheduling my appointment with what best suited my schedule, listened to my concern regarding my facial nerve pain after having shingles, and put me at ease. Dr. Phil was awesome super great with my fillings. Was very patient and kind. All the staff is very nice. Great atmosphere. Would recommend this practice if your a little anxious about dentist. They have a beautiful back oasis.
Dr. Greer is great. He does my mom’s dentistry and my Botox and filler. He’s kind, patient, informative, and welcoming. If you feel more comfortable with a dentist who’s calm and soft spoken, he’s your man. The front desk is also welcoming, but at least one of the girls is also more my speed: outgoing, energetic, encouraging, and a tiny bit loud. Sweetwater is the best blend of personalities. And you can’t beat the view of the creek from the dental chair!
Ashley was incredibly welcoming and personable, which made me feel comfortable right away and is not always easy as a new patient. Dr. Greer took the time to sit down and get to know me before ever discussing my teeth. He then thoroughly explained everything and walked me through each step of the process to help get my smile back on track. The level of care and attention from both of them made for a great experience!
I've known Dr. Greer personally for about 20 years and while I haven't been a patient of his, I can say he's one of the most genuine, caring, and trustworthy people I know. He has a heart for serving others, operates with integrity, and truly cares about the people he helps. If the way he treats his patients reflects the kind of person he is outside of work, I have no doubt they're in great hands. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist who values both excellence and compassion.
