Just ordered from sweetwater for the first time, and got me a set of strings. I decided to tune my D string a little too high about a week after receiving and it broke which was completely on me. I reached out to one of the service members Kyle who was sure to ask me if everything arrived on time and in good condition(which they did)! When I let him know about the broken string he offered to send me out a new set on the house before I even asked! I will definitely continue to order from sweetwater!
Update: Wayne & crew continue to offer excellent care and feeding of water products and their owners! Great experience! Both talking with Wayne on the phone, and having water samples run in the store (with I want to say his name is Nick) were excellent customer service experiences! What a lovely, knowledgeable group of professionals! I will definitely be back.
I reached out to get my heater serviced. They blew me off in the fewest characters possible and said they are not taking on new customers. I’ve been a retail customer for years and would have appreciated at least a referral or some consideration. Pools unlimited is the same distance from my house though so I can just go down the street. I’ll make sure to share my experience with my network.
Been dealing with Sweetwater since pool built in 1998. Bio Guard product the best out there. Needed a water test due to pink algae. Bought chemicals to deal with algae issue.
Sweetwater Pool and Spa has always been very good to us. This month, Connie and staff, were able to solve a problem with our Polaris Sport. Cannot be happier with the service. We have been customers for over 20 years and will continue to purchase all of our pool chemicals at Sweetwater. They always do a great job with water testing and analysis.
