I loved the quality and variety of the courses. I largely utilized the water aerobics classes (Push at 10 am) but also tried Les Mills with Ms. Sarab. A wonderful challenge. The classes were great and I wish i could have stayed longer. I will definitively be back during my next stay in Richmond. Hi, Been a member of this establishment for quite some time. Never had an issue with an open container on the gym floor. However, recently a cleaning attendant would refer me to putting my drink elsewhere. Fine. The rules are rules. But never have I’ve been to a gym where an employee like that would treat you as a child. Including the fitness director of this location. She was abhorrent with her behavior and gave a childish temperament on first impression. She is in the right with the rules. I understand that. But coming of... read more
Just moved to the area and joining the Swift Creek Y was on the top of my list. I took the tour with Destiny - her enthusiasm and welcoming spirit cinched it for me. I'm looking forward to the spectrum of classes - everything between yoga and zumba!
I’m new to the area and needed to find a new gym since Planet Fitness is to far from where I live. I’m happy I came across the YMCA and they offer a lot from Zumba, workout equipments to weights and indoor swimming and I can even bring my daughter with me to the pool I really have loved every moment of it and the staff is friendly and for the price it’s definitely worth having the membership!
I called in today for an issue with my account and was helped by Emily. She is such an awesome employee. She helped me with my problem and as well followed up with me to let me know I was good. Im so thankful for this facility and all of its awesome employees. I have been to a lot of Gyms but this one is my favorite
